As we’re located in California, and ship to all 50 US States, we’re unable to provide each customer with the personal service they deserve. That being said, we look to our Brokers to act as our eyes and ears in the field. We’re constantly receiving feedback from these qualified sales reps. Each comment, both good and bad, is evaluated equally and used to motivate and/or train our employees.
