Production
Minimum order: 4 trays per ship date, except items off availability

Lead Time
Seeded Items: 2 weeks plus crop time (dependant on seed availability)

Vegetative Items: 3 weeks plus crop time (dependant on cutting availability)

Cancellations And/Or Changes
1) Seeded Items: Cancellations may be made any time prior to sow date. Cancellations not allowed after sow date.

2) Vegetative Items: Cancellations allowed up to 2 weeks prior to stick date. Cancellations not allowed after cuttings have been received.

As with any living produt, changes and backorders may be required from time to time. Headstart Nursery, Inc., will continuously monitor your order and inform our sales rep as soon as possible if backorders or substitutions need to be made. Backorders may be made without consent of customer depending on crop requirements. Substitutions will not be made without consent of customer and/or sales rep.

Freight
All prices are FOB Gilroy, California. Freight is prepaid and billed to the customer unless otherwise noted by the Broker. Information regarding Collect and Third Party payment must be received by Headstart Nursery, Inc., no later than the Friday prior to shipping. Local truck delivery is available with advance arrangement at an additional charge.
